The location is great with very clean rooms, nice facilities and excellent breakfast. However, during the entire two night stay (during the week, not the weekend) the hotel keys did not work requiring staff to open the door every time we needed to get into our room which was frustrating and inconvenient. Aside from that aspect, the breakfast was very good with assorted breakfast options available.
Stopped here after a long 8 hours in the car and could have been more grateful for the kindness of the evening/night shift team member at the front desk. She helped us all get checked in and was just amazing overall. Then this morning every single person we encountered was utterly amazing as well and the breakfast was probably the best I've had at a Hilton hotel. Thanks to everyone that works there for making a long road trip that much better!

The lobby was very well appointed. The staff was very friendly. I was made to feel welcome. I am a member of Hilton Honors program. I only use Hilton hotels. And yes there were some spots in the bathroom they were minor. That I normally wouldn’t find at a Hilton. This hotel was clean. My room was clean, plenty of towels. Bed slept wonderful. Water was hot. Pressure was good. I think this hotel should have a higher rating.
Felicia and Lashaunda took care of my reservation and made sure we had 2 rooms side by side for my mother-in-law! We always stay at this location during our travels because of their outstanding customer service! Keep up the good work team!
